Our Way of Working
All employees work directly under the supervision, control, and management of the client. The client exclusively decide the selection of works, choose the employees, process the flow chart based on their working conditions and guidelines by their clients.
Statutory Support (Limited Scope)
We provide administrative supports related to payroll-linked statutory matters such as PF, ESI, and similar compliances. Our support is limited to processing and coordination for smooth working. The final responsibility for statutory compliance, accuracy of data, and adherence to applicable laws remains entirely with the client company.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and our team will be always ready to help for proper document preparation and collect from the clients complete employee details, attendance data, and statutory information. The client must approve the documents and related reports before processing. All employment-related decisions such as hiring, discipline, transfer, and termination remain solely as per advices of clients.
Our Obligations (Limited and Service-Based)
Our responsibility is limited to processing all payroll based on client-approved data. We maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure secure handling of records and make the payment timely. We share payroll reports generated through our system within agreed timelines. We do not assume any employer responsibility or legal liability related to employment matters.
We act strictly as a payroll service facilitator. We are not responsible for employment disputes, statutory penalties, audits, inspections, or legal actions arising due to incorrect information, delayed approvals, or non-compliance by the client.
Billing and Payment Process
Service charges are applied as per mutual agreement between the client and us. Invoices are raised based on the number of employees and services provided. Clients are required to make payments within the agreed timeline. Payroll processing and salary disbursement depend on timely receipt of approvals and funds from the client.
